Packaging
Most sellers were using this 8oz jar to package their slimes. All of their jars had circular stickers on the lid as branded packaging, mainly of the seller’s Instagram profile graphic.
To stand out among such packaging ‘norm’, I created another label (in addition to the ones above), specifically designed to be featured on the side of the jar. This clear, horizontal sticker became Honeyjam Slime’s unique packaging design.
Lid labels:
Instagram:
Instagram ‘feed’ (profile grid) was designed and carefully laid out so that similar slimes are not shown in consecutive order. This was to show that a ‘wide variety’ of slime designs are available at honeyjam.
I paid attention to keeping good consistency of lighting, angle, and camera distance.
I created hundreds of different type of slime designs, introducing least 4 new slime designs each week to keep the regular customers engaged and interested.
Merch:
Enamel pins were designed to be sold as merch and as extra gifts for big purchases.
GIFs of these pin designs were created to use on instagram story, for brand consistency and recognition.
Product Development:
There were countless types of slimes that were crafted during the running of this business. When developing a product, I would first come up with a moodboard of ideas and visuals. Below are a few examples of how I developed different lines of products.

Conventions:
In addition, Honeyjam Slime was invited to a number of in-person conventions that happened around the US. We were given a stipend for travel and lodging, as well as a table space. Below are a few images of different conventions we took part in. This is where we sold slimes and merch, including small testers for people to try out before purchasing.
